CHIRLA "Educating, Organizing, Advocating"

CHIRLA is committed to develop leadership capacity and movement-building skills in
California’s immigrant youth because immigrant youth are the future leaders of the state of
California, as well as the nation itself.

CHIRLA will be awarding two (2) $500 college scholarships awarded for the 2010 school year.
