Urge House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to pass the DREAM Act this year.
Currently, thousands of undocumented students are graduating each year from U.S. High Schools waiting for this federal legislation that would allow them to continue their college education. College students are also graduating with Bachelors’ and Master’s Degrees but unable to contribute to the U.S. economy because of their immigration status.
The DREAM Act has bipartisan support in the House of Representatives, but lacks the support from Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. She needs to hear that the dreams of undocumented students cannot wait any longer. Students need the DREAM Act NOW!
