Whether you're a first-time or renewing member, joining CHIRLA is an expression of your support for the rights of immigrants.
Membership dues support CHIRLA and CHIRLA Action Fund’s advocacy and political empowerment campaigns. Members also get involved in all CHIRLA activities, whether visits with legislators, protest marches or cultural celebrations, to influence the political process in favor of policies and laws that benefit immigrants. Members are the voice of CHIRLA. They are the core actors in the fight for immigrant rights.
Members take part in leadership development, organizing or media training sessions that better prepare them to advocate for immigrants in the halls of power. Membership creates a space for people to feel empowered and become community leaders.
All memberships, whether individual, family or ally, support the work of both CHIRLA and the CHIRLA Action Fund.

Supporter membership: $100
A supporter membership reflects a community commitment to a movement that fights for rights of immigrants, builds power and creates change. A supporter membership means access to all above benefits plus:

Terms and Conditions. CHIRLA membership is open to anyone who believes in the importance of social justice and supports an immigrant community. who embodies diversity, equality and inclusion. By becoming a member, you agree to uphold the rights of immigrants. As a member, you will receive access to CHIRLA's legal services and educational resources. events throughout the year and additional benefits. The membership fee will be divided equally between CHIRLA (501 c3) and the CHIRLA Action Fund (501 c4) to support our members' programs and services, as well as to support policy advocacy.
