Maribel joined the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA) in 2017 as the Organizations Administrator. Maribel Molina has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit and several years’ experience in the for profit sector. The special skills Maribel brings to the position are skills in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and National Meetings Coordination Logistics, along with Interpersonal and Relationship Building abilities.
She graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a degree in Business Administration – Human Resources Management. Before coming to CHIRLA Maribel worked at the Center for Community Change as a National Campaign Coordinator and locally with the Watts Century Latino Organization as an Administrator.
Maribel is the proud mother of two teenagers and enjoys running, reading and spending time with family and friends.
