Deportation Defense
CHIRLA has a full defense team that represents people facing deportation. If you or your loved ones are in detention, a CHIRLA attorney can help.

Family Unity
CHIRLA’s family unity team works in the family immigration area of the law to help keep families together. They offer quality legal representation to family petitioners as well as victims of crime applying for U-Visas and VAWAs.

DACA/Citizenship
CHIRLA’s DACA/citizenship team specializes in applications for naturalization and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
DACA renewers can sign up to join virtual clinics on Monday-Friday through a link found on CHIRLA’s Facebook page and Instagram bio. The link opens every weekday at 9 am. First come, first served.
